Embroidery Policy

I endeavor to provide you the best embroidery services, taking great care with your personal items. Please see below for the liability policy you will be asked to sign when surrendering items to be embroidered.

Liability & Damages: Customers providing items for decorative services by Kasey Sasser ASSUME ALL RISK. While every effort will be made to safeguard your item and return it to you in the condition it was received, Kasey Sasser will not be held liable for damages caused by the decorative process.

­­­_____ I understand that occasionally during the decorative process, an item can be damaged by the computer-driven sewing machine. If I supply the item and there is a problem, the item will not be replaced, and the damaged item will be returned to me. It is rare that an accident will occur, but if it does I will not hold Kasey Sasser liable.

­­­_____ If the item provided by the customer is damaged due to negligence while in the possession of Kasey Sasser, the item will be replaced with the same or similar item when possible or, may be compensated by account credit. Liability is limited to the cost of the item or $25, whichever is less, and limited to the first 2 items, total compensation not to exceed $50.


Returns and refunds are not generally accepted. In the case of defective merchandise/ embroidery, please contact me to discuss your options. Please be aware that all items made to order or embroidered must be cared for in the manner described on your product label/ order receipt.

General Ordering

Online ordering is not available at this time, as all embroidery, sewing and other services as well as clutches are currently made to order. You may order in person, by phone or by email.

All items are created/ embroidered according to your order form. Please be sure the services you need are listed before submitting your signed order, as refunds cannot be made for incorrect size, quantity or color, etc.


I accept cash, check and all major credit cards.


Your order can be shipped to you, or directly to the gift recipient. It will be shipped via insured first class mail, unless you request another form of shipping. When sending items to be embroidered, please send them the same way – insured – as I cannot be responsible for items I do not receive, or that are damaged in being shipped to me.
